Having bought an old property in a conservation area, needing both renovation and improvement, Jonathon helped us greatly through the stages of design, planning permission, engineer specifications and building control.

 

This was, at times, a difficult process and Jonathon has been ‘on-hand’ throughout and whenever we needed his support (which was often). We are grateful for his ‘calm’ sense, expertise and clear guidance.
