Based in North-West Leicestershire, half way between Birmingham and Nottingham, we specialise in technical architectural design, planning and building regulation applications for residential renovations and extensions, and commercial projects.

Our services are split into three categories; measured surveys + technical drawings, planning permission + building regulation applications and technical commercial architecture. ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
Are you looking to extend your existing home, or moving house and planning to renovate? At SKETCH, we provide all the technical architecutre services you need to make your house a dream home.

Step one includes a laser measured survey of the existing space, followed by AutoCAD floor plans + elevation drawings of the existing + proposed layouts​.
If you're looking for a lifelike look at the end result, we also offer SketchUp visualisations​​.​
PLANNING & LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
Whether you require planning permission, lawful development certification, listed building consent or are in a conservation area, we're experts in gaining the necessary local authority approval for residential building projects.

As well as supplying all required technical drawings, we will manage application submissions and liaison with the relevant planning and building officers, taking the stress out of your project and using fifteen years of experience to gain approval in the quickest possible time.
